Change Spark Plug Cable

I had found Error and it was a Miss Fire in Cylinder number 3. then i got new set of cable and before i install them i decide to measure the resistance of those cables.and i found:-
cable 1 ( the tallest cable ) 19.32
cable 2 12.87
cable 3 12.61
cable 4 ( the shortest cable ) 7.73

My question is. is those values are good or bad for new cables? and what is the acceptable value of resistance?
